RE-SCHEDULE & CANCELLATION FAIRNESS POLICY

 

 

Hey! Life Happens!  I get it!  

 

You Retainer is Re-Schedulable according to the terms below.  

I am committed to your success and when you work with me -

you get tireless amounts of my time, attention and caring energy.  

As such, to stay fair to my business - it's non-refundable.
 

 

1️⃣   

Your FIRST emergency reschedule is free, because life is unpredictable!

 

 

2️⃣

A 2nd Reschedule - to get onto the calendar - will cost $100 toward a 3rd Look plus a $30 Lost-Revenue Fee that does not apply toward any looks.   

 

• Your Final Balance Due  will be subject to current pricing at the time of the shoot. 

 

• If you were only planning on 2 Looks ... a 2nd reschedule still requires a non-refundable $100 and now you can get 3 at your re-scheduled appointment.  

 

3️⃣ 

Request for a 3rd Reschedule will require either to take a pause until you know exactly when you can commit to a date or another $100 toward a 4th Look and another $30 Lost-Revenue fee - and will be subject to current pricing at the time of the Final Balance Due. 

 

 

🚫 Your shoot can be delayed / re-scheduled until Dec 31 of that calendar year but in the event you cancel the shoot with no intention to re-schedule, are a no-show, or no-response - the all retainer money that was collected in good faith, will be retained, kept by Shannon Ahlstrand Photography LLC.

 

 

🚫 If you pay the retainer but are non-communication in the days leading up to your shoot date, or are no-show, the booking will be deleted and all retainers will be retained
